The Story
After 25 years climbing the corporate ladder, Ian Aman did the unthinkable. He stepped off. What followed was a year of stripping life down to the studs: 200 mile ultramarathons, brutal honesty, and the slow rebuild of a man who'd lost himself to the grind.
